About us

NorcalMLK is dedicated to connecting communities to service. Through our Service and Sustainability Program, we serve as the liaison that brings together communities, the public sector, and business by providing planning, coordination, and execution of sustainability and service programs and events and projects that take action at confronting the challenges of climate change.

With a dynamic and ever innovating economy in the San Francisco Bay Area region, there remain deep divisions and disparities in the face of environmental justice, climate change, and sustainability. Many companies are now investing in their engagement programs by incentivizing employee engagement participation in volunteer activities in the local community. Local governments are promoting greater strategies designed to reduce carbon footprints and adverse environmental impacts. We are promoting these efforts by designing custom engagement experiences with our staff’s vast network of community and non-profit partners.
